Ohana Living Farms is a sustainable closed loop farm located on a 500+ acre ranch, nestled in the beautiful, historic North Kohala mountains, birthplace of King Kamehameha. Through organic gardening practices, pasture based livestock management and sustainable use of natural resources on the property, Ohana Living Farms aims to achieve excellence in local food production, ultimately decreasing Hawaii’s reliance on imported foods and reducing its carbon footprint. 

Our market garden, orchards, pastures, springs and forests enjoy symbioticrelationships with each other, all integrated into a larger Ohana Living system. We strive to produce virtually all of the necessary food and raw materials inputs on site, from lumber to feed to composting materials.
